WBU strives to maintain fair and reasonable financial policy that meets the needs of both the institution and the students. This policy is expected to be observed according to the biblical standards of ethics. The funds are usually generated from the tuition, gifts and also contributions from students, alumni, friends, and churches.
Students may fulfill their financial obligations to the school as followed: Students has an option to pay the full tuition amount at the time of registration or the qualified students could pay the tuition in three installments with the first payment being at least the 50% of the total tuition bill which is due on the registration. The second payment must be received by the end of the following month, and the third payment must be received by no later than 30 days from the second payment. The installment payment method requires submitting three (3) checks at the time of enrollment. The endorsed checks will be deposited as scheduled by the school.
MATRICULATION FEE
Matriculation fee per semester gives the student access to the library, student activities, and college periodicals. It also covers the cost of registration.
LATE REGISTRATION
Students who register after the scheduled registration dates will be charged a late registration fee $100.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Students may pay by cash, check, money order but credit cards are not accepted. Students making monthly payments pay interest monthly at the rate of five percent (5%) on the unpaid balance. Adjustments needed on payment schedule will be made on final payment. Enrollees initially pay an enrollment fee.
LATE PAYMENTS
Any payment not made in full by the due date will result in a late charge being added to the account.
DELINQUENT PAYMENTS
A student’s account must pay up to date before he/she can take final examinations. Grades will not give nor transcripts transferred until accounts are paid in full. If account is delinquent more than 30 days, a student’s enrollment may be subject to termination. Beginning 30 days after the semester is completed, a late charge of five percent (5%) per month will be charged on any unpaid balance.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
When a student requests cancellation of enrollment within 72 hours after midnight of the day on which the enrollment agreement was received, he or she will be refunded full payment minus the enrollment fee. Other refunds are based on the following schedule

All WBU scholarships will be withdrawn based on the amount of the refund. All refunds will be completed within 15 office days of the official notification of withdrawal.
SCHOLARSHIP/ FINANCIAL AID/TUITION ASSISTANCE
The College keeps a current listing of part-time job opportunities available for students. Students are offered an opportunity to apply for scholarships to cover tuition costs only after being enrolled for one year. Students applying for Institutional Scholarship must complete and return a WBU Scholarship Application form, available upon request from the Financial Office.
