General Admissions Information

Applicants who plan to enroll in the WBU on-campus programs should take the following procedures

l. Students should begin the enrollment process at least six weeks prior to the first day of the class to get into desired classes.

2. Applicants who apply for financial aid, namely deferred payment (the only aid currently available at WBU), must come to the Admissions Office before the first day of the class. Students who are in the process of getting the deferred payment may attend classes with partial payment, if financial aid is not approved; the student has to make the full payment before taking classes. Financial aid arrangements are solely the student’s responsibility and the individual must take the initiative in contacting the Financial Aid Office for information and assistance.

3. Applicants may select classes with the approval of an Admissions advisor and Academic advisor based on the their academic objectives, past credits and program requirements. The applicants should fill out the Application form, Enrollment form and the Class Schedule.

4. In the Admissions office, students should make the tuition payment or set up a deferred payment plan. The applicant may attend classes until receiving financial clearance from the Admissions office.

5. Students should take the Application and Class Schedule forms, along with the proof of the financial clearance from the Admissions office, to the Registrar's office to be assigned classes.

6. A late fee of $100.00 will be charged for each student registering for classes after the first day of the school of each semester.
