FAQ


When should I begin the enrollment process?

Students should begin the enrollment process at least six weeks prior to the first day of the class to get into desired classes.


Does WBU offer financial aid?

Yes. Applicants who apply for financial aid, namely deferred payments, must come to the Admissions Office before the first day of the class. Partial payments may be arranged during the approval process for a deferred payment, which will enable the student to attend their class. If the student's financial aid is not approved, the student will be required to make the full payment before taking or continuing with all courses.


How do I select classes?

Applicants may select classes with the approval of an Admissions advisor and Academic advisor based on the their academic objectives, past credits and program requirements. The applicants should fill out the Application form, Enrollment form and the Class Schedule.


Who should I contact to make tuition payments?

In the Admissions office, students should make the tuition payment or set up a deferred payment plan. The applicant may attend classes until receiving financial clearance from the Admissions office.


What do I need to do to register for classes?

Students should take the Application and Class Schedule forms, along with the proof of the financial clearance from the Admissions office, to the Registrar's office to register for classes.


Is there a late fee if I have missed the registration deadline?

Yes. A late fee of $100.00 will be charged for each student registering for classes after the first day of the school of each semester.
